I answered your post on Jujudolly but thought I would say hi again... just to emphasize what I already said, the best idea with magick is to use protection spells on yourself so that any further negative energy will rebound back to them. If it's stuff that's all in the past, I would suggest a protection spell and a blessing cast upon those who hurt you that they heal from whatever inner wounds cause them to seek to hurt others.
